Accommodation and Spa Break Cancellation Charges

In the unfortunate event that it is necessary to cancel your reservation(s), or reduce the number of your party, please ensure you notify us as soon as possible, either in writing or by email. The Hotel will charge for any cancellation or reduction in numbers, based on the following criteria:

Advance Purchase Reservations

Include 10% discount off standard rates, payable at the time of booking. Once booked, reservations can not be cancelled or modified.

Flexible Rates

A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Payment will be taken 2 days prior to arrival. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to this point. Payment, once taken, is non-refundable, non-transferable
